I can't believe you are even comparing Randall Cobb to Harris or any of the Alabama RB ' S that I named. It's obvious you can get drafted out of any college but I was saying if Harris wants to make it to the NFL Alabama makes the most sense. Their coaching, play calling, and history since Saban is too good to pass up for a quality running back. Plus I think being around all that talent on both sides of the ball will prepare him and make him better.

It was never UK. It was NEVER about BBN it was always about what keeping them in the mix could ultimately do for him. You have all of the individual awards, the added attention locally, and it's a way to stay in the good graces of all of the people in this state by keeping them on the list. Can't blame him if he does go to Alabama. Saban has been a king maker for running backs since he arrived in Tuscaloosa. Ingram, Richardson, Lacey, Yeldon and Henry will all play on Sundays, so that is more attractive than anything UK can offer. And with the CFP FINAL 4 at Alabama or OSU you will be in the discussion every season

As far as social media Damien is tweeting for attention. He knows that he's not coming to Kentucky so these kind of comments are a way to justify going elsewhere. Nothing wrong with selecting a different school, but I do think he saying stuff on social media and in person just for attention. He never wanted to go to Kentucky but he knew that keeping them in the mix it would increase his profile locally. Think about the kids that commit to BBN. They can play on teams that's awful or lose by 40 on a Friday but they still get put on the highlight reel or get an article in the paper. So when you add that with, free basketball tickets and helicopter visits, this is his way of playing the system.

It shouldn't matter who your dad is if you are putting together the best possible roster. As far as a wing t offense you would think they would consider something fun for the kids to run. And I think McKee is a quality coach but he needs to stop with the politics and favoritism. Tough to get kids to take the game serious when even they can notice the favor that certain individuals are receiving. I guess it's who you know and not about fielding the best team to get the W.

For Reese Ryan not to be in the top 3 at the QB position really makes me wonder what's going on in the voting process. Such a shame

Survive September........ We will be losing key guys on both sides so a lot of players have to raise their level of play to survive that first wave of games. Players that played in '14 have to get better and encourage those guys that were back ups last year. I think if they can make it to the bye week somewhat healthy Lexington Catholic can play the rest of the season with confidence. Not certain what the record will be but I do believe we will face enough adversity in the regular season to make some noise in the postseason. Go Knights

I saw what Hoge can do with his legs this season. I knew he could spin that football but his legs and ability to buy time has made him tough to stop at a high school level. I love quarterbacks that know when to run, he's got that instinct that you just can't teach. I think the voters should watch the games not read the stat box.

These are always tough to judge.. Its almost like judging a beauty contest. I think Harris missing that chunk of games did hurt his chances. I think he is probably everyone's favorite college prospect but you have to vote for a candidate that played all season. Sindlear or Hoge gets the nod. I think Hoge proved more against better teams, but I think voters are too much into stats and career acheivemets. Eye test I would go with Hoge but I wouldn't be shocked if Sindlear wins
