OCath is a different animal at Steele. I think they will be pumped and expect their best effort. They are not a program that EVER lays down. They will fight to the final whistle.

LOL - Owensboro has always been Western KY (in our own eyes I guess!). It took me moving to Paducah to realize how FAR Western KY felt about it though. I had a guy in Paducah tell me “we (Mcracken, Carlisle, Marshall, Calloway, Hickman, Fulton, etc.). are the West Coast of KY”…that is the separator. West Coast KY and Western KY. We all should be rooting for each other. I hope Murray wins it all and hope PT does as well. Count in Owensboro and OCath and we are well represented!

Campbellsville has been rolling. I expect the same result as earlier in year which I think wasn’t as close as the final margin. Eagles by 14. Campbellsville 28-14.

Let me whip this out right now….this is the best rushing offense Atherton has seen since Manual and maybe better than Manual. Pulaski took down Corbin who did a really good job against HIghlands…

Watching Pullom at DE./OLB in his first red devil game last week - he reminds me of Jeremiah Goodwin. same size, same speed, same instincts. That should bode well for the Devils in either of the final 2 games.

I’m guessing Beechwood/Owensboro similar defenses - Owensboro held Carruthers to 17 of 29 with ZERO TD’s and 2 interceptions for 130 yards. Beechwood is probably going to defend similar. OCath has to run the ball well to have a chance, Beechwood too much speed on defense I agree - I remember last year!

I haven’t watched Beechwood at all this year - know that last year’s team was tough as nails. But after reviewing their schedule, OCath is their toughest opponent outside of CovCath. OCath has a really good O-line, I noticed CovCath ran for almost 500 yards, and yes there is no Cash-Money on OCath, so there is that. I think the game has the potential to be closer than most think. Edge is a tough back. I’m, still pulling for the ACES. And I think they have a better shot than some think.

I used to drive to family in Burlington…seemed like 3 to 3.5 hours. Not sure how much further Beechwood is…is that fort Mitchell?

Pullom, Clark and James off the edges……great speed and athleticism going to be coming at Wofo’s QB in a hurry. Pullom was all Evansville -Metro last year and you can see why - he was so hungry to play. That to me motivated the entire defense. That said - WOFO is a great team, great line, back, QB. Great offense. I think O has the better defense, but WOFO should test that. They remind of of a more athletic version of OCath (and that’s a big compliment)… big line, tough back, good QB. Big Dennis Johnson fan - game will not be easy for either. Glad it’s at RASH! Secondary will be tested, but our LB crew is phenomenal. I expect a great game and could go either way. I’ll take Devils 35-28.
