Austin Crawford is not only a great player on the court, but a great kid off of it. To say otherwise is pure stupidity. He will prosper and play at the next level somewhere, which only 3% of all high school players in the nation get to experience. As far as Conner Maddox, he's a gamer with a never say die attitude. Huge reason why Augusta was able to beat Mason Co in back to back years in district. He has a short term memory on the court and doesn't let one play define him. For anyone to question what these two young players (TEENAGERS) have accomplished shows the lack of in depth knowledge of the game of basketball. The 10th region has an abundance of talent year in and year out, and these two players have made a name for themselves with hard work and dedication.

Saw where Prep Hoops KY did this a few weeks ago, and now they have released their second rankings of the season for top 5 per age division. All three would be solid choices. I'm told Stapleton will be staying at Scott with Coach Carr however.

Saw where TBC finished second in their age division. Went 4-1 on the weekend, and came back from down 20 to beat Team Manimal 77-74 in the semi finals.

I wouldn't sleep on Tim Sullivan. Yes his family is embedded into NKY, but he may be more open to the move than some think. If it happens you heard it here first. :sssh:

Coach Chris O'Hearn is one of the classiest individuals both on and off the court that I've had the privilege to know. Will certainly miss seeing him on the sidelines.

From what I've been told from their coach is that with prom's, spring football/baseball, and a couple injuries they will only have 10 top's most weekends. 10 sounds doable

TBC Elite 17U is confirmed to be there

Tough one for Scott on senior night. But a very classy move by Coach Carr and Scott to share their senior night with Cooper who didn't get to have their own. Although I'm sure it wasn't the same as being at home, nice to see the seniors and their family's introduced and honored before Scott's festivities.

Is there any affect with Holman and the new AAU age rule? I know he reclassified to 2016 but was curious. Never really understood those age rules fully

I don't think Kenton Co schools have been allowed to do anything since last Saturday. No games, or practices for almost a week.

This team will be tough! I thought I had saw a month or two ago that Wright, Eaves, and Moss were going to play for another team? I'm assuming their staying put now.

I think the obvious pick for COY is Chris O'Hearn at Mason County. But I would throw Brad Carr's name in from Scott. Though they've had some bad loss's this year, Scott only plays about 6-7 kids and have been without Schneider in double digit games this season I believe. Player of the year comes down to Dorian Henry of Mason County, and Austin Crawford of Bracken County. Either would be very well deserving.

Woodford at Mason was scheduled to have been played last night, 2-14-15. Woodford cancelled due to travel concerns with snow moving through their area yesterday afternoon.

Schneider didn't play. Ohmer had 31 I believe.

Scott travels to Cov Cath Tuesday night. Who ya got?
