  1. Highlands defense was lacking a pass rush. Why the d-coordinator didn't put any blitz packages in or cover Ramsey 1 on 1. He had all day to throw the ball then discovered he could run it to. HHS D-coordinator better get his defense figured out because they were exposed last night. Now with Abner out they are really exposed. Looks like Grfffin Urlage might need to pick up the slack big time on both sides of the ball.
  2. The ft Thomas blue team has more 7th than 8th graders. I think its like 15 7th to 10 8th. The team is majority 7th on both sides of ball. Even with the 8th graders mixed in the two teams matched up well. Good luck to the Raiders on their playoff birth.
  3. Must not be that new to know this is the 9th region.
  4. Burns came to Highlands in 95 along with Weinrich. Burns and Red Dog shared the defensive duties during the 95 season. Burns took over the duties in 96 since Red Dog's health was bad which he died during the 96 season. Burns called the defense up till his retirement which I can't remember what year that was. As far as I am concerned this is Weinrich's job to lose. Bringing in a whole new staff wouldn't help this program. If they were going to bring in a new staff then it needs to be someone familiar with how this program has been ran for some time now. An alumni who is a current head coach would be a good fit.
