  1. My only hesitation to putting both McCracken and St Mary too far ahead of Tilghman is a couple of Tilghman scores already although I haven't seen them. They beat Murray by almost 30 at Murray. That was pretty eye opening too me. Tilghman may be better than expected.
  2. not positive on this but I think this is a Girls game score.
  3. All I know is the Central Hardin team that I watched play McCracken was pretty darn good and Meade throttled them. I will be surprised if Meade gets beaten bad.
  4. McCracken's QB didn't look right. Looked like his hand was bothering him the whole game. Didn't throw it well at all. But that shouldn't take away from Central Hardin's win. Their defense played very well. Honestly thought they dominated the game but 4 interceptions kept McCracken in it. McCracken has had weak kicking all year and it haunted them big time tonight in the field position battle. I had a feeling this would be a tough hurdle for McCracken and it was in fact that
  5. I'm kind of surprised this topic hasn't popped up. I think this will be a sneaky good game. McCracken wins fairly close in my opinion.
  6. Central Hardin stomped on Daviess last night. Is it possible they are severely underrated? I know Daviess is not that good but they at least put up some resistance against Henderson and McCracken. Makes me wonder if both Meade and Central Hardin will be tougher than expected matchups for Henderson and McCracken next week.
  7. They bring in refs from different regions for the playoffs so it is not possible. Geez....
  8. What Mayfield has done over the years in a small school is nothing short of amazing.
  9. Don't get me wrong. Mayfield is really, really good. But in my opinion they couldn't get McCracken off the field right now. Hughes is a different player than he was at beginning of season, with the one really bad pass against Henderson aside. McCracken also played Mayfield without Sayner anchoring defensive line. I would take McCracken by 1 to 2 touchdowns at this point.
  10. McCracken is being underrated across the board right now. You have a new school and a sophomore QB in Hughes who are both exploding. It will be very, very difficult at this point to beat them in Paducah. And they have home field until the championship game. On the other hand just as most people on here haven't seen McCracken I haven't seen Simon Kenton, Male or Scott Co. My only point is if you are holding the first two losses of the season that were the first games for a new program against them at this point you are doing it wrong. I have also been seeing local people ranking Mayfield ahead of McCracken. At this point I almost guarantee you Mayfield doesn't want that matchup right now.
  11. Really good game to watch. Difference was the two playmakers for McCracken Hughes and Jones. I thought Henderson's coach made a couple of really bad decisions that cost them dearly. Two good teams.
  12. Trinity, St X, Male and Manual are all on the other side of the bracket from McCracken. Would only meet in championship game. If McCracken gets to state semis most likely foes at this point are Butler, Simon Kenton or Dixie Heights I would say.
  13. Enlighten me. What is the one reason?
  14. McCracken's sophomore QB Hughes is getting better each week. I actually think McCracken wins this by jumping on top early. I'll say 35-21 McCracken.
  15. This will be a comparable score with McCracken finally although can't put a ton on that. McCracken beat Bullit Central 48 to 0.
  16. Showdown with Henderson awaits McCracken
