That’s probably it. It feels more like ten years. But it also doesn’t feel like I graduated college that long ago and it’s been almost 16 years.

It doesn’t feel like Beatty has been at T that long to me.

We actually have a weight training class that has all of our current sophomores and juniors in so they are getting their lifting in. Love that. Every other week we have a guest speaker come in and talk to them.

We do both actually. I’d prefer we drop spring football although the state started to allow us to scrimmage another team at the end of it so it’s not as bad as an intra squad scrimmage.

I've never been a big fan of spring practice or 7 on 7 to be honest. I can see where it benefits a new head coach who wants to install their O and D. Personally, I prefer to have several contact camps built throughout the summer instead. We do one 2 day camp local, one 1 day camp for freshman and jv, and a 3 day camp at West Georgia where we get about 10 one hour contact scrimmages.

Georgia has Buford High School that use to be a 2A school and they would murder everyone in 2A every year. Many times they were the best team in the state. As far as Trinity losing a game. I would imagine they'll lose one or two of the OOS games this year based on that schedule and the players they have to replace.

Nope, and I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon unfortunately.

Get out of here with this crud. Trinity changed my life for the better and if it can help others then they need the chance too.

I can't complain since I have benefited from several transfers. I will say that in general, the kids that transfer in are not good enough to unseat the player who has been in our program but we have had several who have been DI players. I've lost some DI players to because it's so easy to switch high schools. My only complaint is the kids who go to 3-5 different schools during their time. And we're starting to have some major issues with 7v7 coaches and recruiters trying get kids to go to certain high schools. One year, every state champion in basketball had a major move in right before the season.

What was the game in the 90s that the team lost on a bad call by the officials? Was it Prestonburg and Danville? Where the kid dropped back into the endzone and threw the ball in the air at the horn to end the game ant he other team caught it but wasn't given the score? I'm sure my information is all sorts of wrong.

Looks like it's on 3-31 at Lambert. They are going to be tough for LexCatholic but I might have to make my way over there and see the game.

That's a bold move. Lambert is one of the best teams in nation. I hope Lexington Catholic is ready for that type of game.

I've had to do that before. Not having to travel and having your fans there is a huge advantage over travelling a few hours in a big yellow bus.

That would be an advantage to Lafayette because it's much closer to their fans. I would say the same for Trinity if you had suggested Papa Johns.

Not unless KHSAA wants to lose money. You'll get bigger crowds with the higher seed hosting.

Would they only not trade the Oldham County game or all of them? We've always found ways to trade with other teams to get the films that we need if the other team is not willing.
