Every team in the 9th region lost some talent. I think it was perceived that we lost the least. This is probably the most uncertain the 9th region had been in a long time. In my opinion we won't really know much until half way through the season how good most teams are. .

I love RB's will need to drop someone to pick up a kicker and defense. Will do that the day before the season starts.
Was watching from the endzone where it happened and the HHS defender never looked back for the ball and pulled the Trinity players arms down when the offensive player looked back for the ball.
In the Cincinnati area there are quite a few teams that stay local. These teams are very cost effective. If a girl wants to play there are ways to make it happen.
I think that if you're good enough to play on your HS team, that it doesn't matter if you play travel ball or not. That being said playing travel ball does give you a huge advantage when it comes to being one of the better players on your HS team.
The Lady Sluggers quest for the title came up short, They go 1-2 in bracket play with losses 3-0 to the Lady Magic and 3-2 to Oklahoma Gametime. They defeated the USA Athletics 5-3. If you are ever in southern California while this tournament is going on and like fastpitch you need to come watch some games. The young ladies you see play in the WCWS most of the play here at some point.
