This past weekend the Louisville Lady Sluggers 16u Premier competed in one of the top showcase events held in the country. This showcase places 18u,16u and 14u teams from across the country in one 44 team tournament. The Sluggers went 4-1 with wins over CA Firecrackers 18u,NW Sidewinders18u,Southern Force Ga 16u and the Arizona Hotshots 16u. The loss came to the Nebraska Gold 18u. It was a great weekend for these hardworking young ladies.

I think you playing the Bandits team that won the PGF 16u last year.

0-2 scrimmages and 0-2 in pool play. We forgot how to hit apparently.

Shelby will be there but I am sitting this one out.

Quit beating up on the Slugger teams!!! I personally hate tournaments where you play the same team multiple times.

Sluggers play at 7pm and 10:45pm on Saturday

Did any of your games get changed? our 2pm game was moved to 4. Apparently they are getting a ton of rain.

Lady Sluggers 16u Premier drop their first game 2-1 to the Lady Jaxx. Graybill is 1 for 2 with an RBI. They play again tomorrow at 2pm against the St. Louis Gamers.

We lost our #1 pitcher for the rest of the season. She had an emergency surgery for appendicitis.

To be honest at one point this year I wondered if Conner would even make regionals. With how they have played lately they have a very good shot at winning regionals.

I would not have guessed that the final score would not have 2-1!
