I said "Hug a Moderator" . Don't go that far.

I recently had a disagreement with a moderator. However; I just wanted to point out something. It has to a daunting task to put up with some of the members on BGP. It cannot be an easy task for these guys to have to sort through the 1000's of posts and ascertain who is j/k and who is being thoughtless and malicious. I would like to personally thank every member of the " MOD SQUAD" for doing what you do. Sometimes we as members forget some of the rules and it is nice to know that you guys are there to keep us in line. So, to all the members out out there I say this to you. Reread ALL the rules. Be thoughtful about what you say. If you question yourself as to whether you should post something. Then you probably shouldn't. I unofficially proclaim this HUG A MODERATOR WEEK. No not really. I think Holmes has the edge in this game. Scott has not proven they can mount an offense against a good defense. Holmes has had a week of rest and are coming off a big win against Holy Cross. I believe Dayton was extra motivated going against the coach that deserted them. If anything, Holmes has the speed to match up with Scott's receivers and if they can stop Forrester in the middle it will cause Scott to go to their receivers. If Holmes pressures Delk it could get UGLY. This should be a good game. I will be there, having ties to both sides. I remain neutral as far as rooting. However, I will take Holmes 28-14.

Ditto... It was like he had peeked at my notebooks. I am a firm believer in foundation. If your Freshman teams are going 1-8 or 0-9 you are going to be in trouble in 2-3 years. I think there are too many programs out there that are trying all these fancy tricks and schemes instead of sticking to basics. My philosophy is Fundamentals, Fundemantals, Fundamentals and Conditioning. Anything more is wasted effort at the lower levels (7,8 & 9th grades).

It was actually 7 tackles. He is also getting the start at Free Safety this week. He has been playing a nickel back role and playing behind Jamar Adams at Strong Safety.
