Prickett is the #1 QB but what you saw most in the second half was direct snaps to #27, Torrey Cordell-Armstrong, the go-to RB. The passing game just didn't click last night. SO's D was better than anticipated and Cooper's D - for the first time this season IMO - looked tired and did not dominate. Definitely not back to full strength yet. Hope they are for the play-offs.

It REALLY did! At one point, I would have said it was 21 IN A ROW!! And Hellbird was right, I was talking about those couple of calls in particular that were in favor of Conner on the field but changed the mood for Cooper quite drastically. I was not counting just penalties.

Of course I like Cooper (admitted homer). Feel like the Dragons are having a down year, and as Cooper may be getting another started or two back, the Jags D should take advantage of that. Prickett keeps getting better and TCA is finding holes more consistently. Cooper 31 South Oldham 14

Conner was very good last night, well coached and physical. I think the bad officiating hurt them even though the calls went their way because it energized the Cooper fans and motivated the Jags on the field. Cooper's D was solid on those last two drives. Can't wait till they are full strength again!

I said I would be stunned if Conner put up MORE than 3 TD's against the Jags D. (And I nailed it, right?) Never once implied that Cooper would win, did I? It's an intense rivalry, impossible to predict really.
