just a question. if coach Hicks was using Grant County as a stepping stone, then why not wait till next year when you have the number one or two team in the region. Grant County could have had a good chance to go to state and he could have used that to go to even better school.

Coach Hicks will be greatly missed. His enthusiasm for the game and how he cared for the players was well know . Sad day in the county of Grant.
