And those 2 penalties effected the outcome of both of those plays. Don't block anyone in the back when your guy is going to score and you can't hit the guy while the ball is in the Air. Granted there were lieman down field. Then the penalities would have offset. That didn't cost them the game. Defense needed to step up and make a stop and they didn't. Both teams played great but to blame it on 2 calls is bogus.

I totally agree with you. I think he could be a great TE/DE at the next level. As of right now I am not sure who is looking at him, but I do know that whoever gets him will not regret it one bit. He is a great football player and a great kid off the field.

Brady was a great player. Prolly one of the best athletes I have seen around here in a while, which is why people are still talking about him, but let Durham play against some of the schools he played against and durham would have had 5 million yards. This thread is getting alittle out of hand. Why are people talking about the past and the future when we are in the present which says that this year the Camels beat up on the breds. Bottom line.

What's wrong with getting alittle excited? The team has been down for the past couple of years and have had two great wins these past two weeks. They should be excited and the hopefully it will build these kids confidence. I am happy for the KIDS. Thats what this game is about right, the kids? No one is saying that they are good all of a sudden but they have had some good success towards the end of the year last year and starting this year. Give the kids some credit for coming back after a bad loss the first game of the season against covcath. I can't stand people who just want to point out the negative things. I hope the camels continue their success and have a great year. Remember this will be coach Lickert's first year to where he is able to have say to who they will play next year. I am sure the schedule will be tough next year.

Obviously the parents who said that does not know too much about the game of football or or maybe their son had quit the team or does not play. Some parents are just plain ignorant. About the Camels playing the birds in 2013, consider it done. That will happen, from what I hear.

In reality doesn't everyone beat themselves most of the time. Someone had to create those turnovers right? I hate when people do not give the kids enough credit. What about saying, Campbell did a nice job causing turnovers and converting on 4th and long situations. Give credit to these young men. Usually the team that makes the less mistakes win and that happened to be campbell county who also turned the ball over 3-4 times in this game. Good job to both teams and I wish you the best of luck for the rest of the season.

I heard the freshman Camels beat the Colonels tonight 18-13. I was not able to make the game but how did both teams look? Please fill me in if you were there. I heard that the Camel freshman team should be really good this year.

From the sounds of it, SK should be the team to beat in 2012. They have one of the best O-lines, 2 out 0f 6 of the top running backs and a great defense. Do you think they are the team that should win 6A in NKY in 2012?

I agree, Sean was probably the best, but what if we were to put any of these other backs behind the line that sean had. They were pretty good. Greg Menetrey was just as good as Frisk. Just my opinion.

How about Kip Mason from Campbell. He was pretty good and fun to watch.

I think SK will lose due to no Offense. Where is this game being played at? If it is at Ironton, enjoy the aptosmosphere, It is awesome. You will drive through a little town and all the signs will be up in the windows saying, "going to the game". It is a cool place to play.

I just got back into following High School football this year around here and have heard alot about this Dixie team? I keep hearing about how bad they are beat up. When will the Bruns kid return and I heard that the Justice kid and Pike Both got hurt in the Beechwood game this past Friday. How bad are they hurt and when will they return? I would assume they are going to need all of these players if they want to compete for a 6A district Title.
