Have seen no indication or reason to think last years Bracken team was better than this years. Mason was a state semi finalist team that returns everyone. There should be no game prediction thread this season where they are not the favorite. But we have the term "upset" in our sports vocabulary for a reason.

I think my past posts will validate that I like to see success from both schools in the county. But I'm surprised that you're not giving the players for Augusta the past few years more credit. According to the above logic, any victory, 15 points or less must have been all Hinson. Didn't think that was the case, but, if you say so, I'll assume it is correct.

Well pb98, it looks like it's up to you to give us the low down on this one.

I hear that Brady Jones has improved his game, so he may very well be that guy. Even though Hamilton is not large in stature, he never takes a possession off and has the knack to be where the ball is at, so I look for him to grab several boards as well.

Maybe this is stating the obvious, but I think Hamilton will take on a larger role, than even what is expected, while putting up some big numbers.

"Bracken County will never be Mason County"- I realize or at least I'm assuming you're meaning Bracken County High School and not Bracken as a county, which would obviously include Augusta. But you are absolutely correct Bracken and/or Augusta will never be Mason County. Which makes it an astounding fact that over the last 5 years,2 and almost 3 of the boys district championship trophies and 3 of the girls district championship trophies have resided in the county of Bracken. 2 schools you have to double their combined enrollment to have the enrollment of Mason County. Now I also realize that the tide may have/is changing somewhat, but since "Bracken County will never be Mason County"- makes it remarkable that the above could be possible.

Disguise yourself as All In- secondary benefit- they might let you in free to avoid the hassle over price of admission. :lol2:

I disagree. Their skill set might be a little rusty, but sometimes a kid like that who has possibly played alongside actual players in pick up games, etc., could have a lot to offer. I think the one kid Clark Co had over the last 2-3 years had just been playing at the YMCA and I believe he came in and contributed right away.
