The Jason Hinson era begins in tough fashion, as the Polar Bears visit Montgomery County a week from tomorrow.

Should be a matchup of excellent back courts with MoCo's Fuller & Walker taking on Bracken's Crawford & Hamilton.

Who wins and by how much?

Cant wait to get the season underway. Will be a huge test for my polar bears right out of the gate and a good measureing stick for where the boys are at. Coach Hinson will have the boys prepared. Last season this game was close for three quarters then MoCo pulled away late.

MoCo by 14. Crawford will finish with his 30.

Maybe this is stating the obvious, but I think Hamilton will take on a larger role, than even what is expected, while putting up some big numbers.

If Bracken can find a solid 2nd scoring option (Hamilton/Enges/Williams), they will be a tough out.

I believe so too. If this indeed happens, watch out for this team.

I think we have a valid second option in Hamilton, something im interested in is if we can get a third option that some teams never have. Someone that will score around 10 a night but also be a worker on the glass.

If Hamilton can give you guy 14-15/game, that'll help. I could see edges being the worker on the glass and Williams being the guy to give you 10/night. Then again Brady Jones may do both.

I hear that Brady Jones has improved his game, so he may very well be that guy.

Even though Hamilton is not large in stature, he never takes a possession off and has the knack to be where the ball is at, so I look for him to grab several boards as well.

Bracken by 10......Lippert is the guy you're all talking about or it could be a combination of their 5 deep bench........

I expect Lippert to do well this season.

First game of the year for both teams, I'll take Montgomery under 10.

First games can be sloppy. I can't see either team running away with the game.

I'm curious how Montgomery will defend this year. With the addition of Jones, they may play more man to man than they have in the past.

Good first game to see what both teams need to work on as they begin their runs at a region title.
