Care to expand on why?

I made a mistake, Moco's player losses were insignificant. However, Hinson makes a 15 point difference and Bracken's kids progressed further than Moco's. I think Bracken will score 80+ per night and that's tough to beat. As a Panther fan I expect that so I'm sure they expect that and more....and they should.

I think my past posts will validate that I like to see success from both schools in the county. But I'm surprised that you're not giving the players for Augusta the past few years more credit. According to the above logic, any victory, 15 points or less must have been all Hinson. Didn't think that was the case, but, if you say so, I'll assume it is correct.

Actually their player loses were significant imo.

1 starter and the other 2 played solid minutes. Sam Hodgins was a solid shooter who you couldn't leave alone.

All these minutes will need to be replaced by Jones (grc transfer) and un-tested jv players. Montgomery should improve as their bench players are established.

In context, Augusta has had exceptional talent and exceptional TEAM/ FAMILY feeling for the last 6 years including my son Brent Bach and this has been the catalyst for their success. I simply am indicating that Hinson is where he has always wanted to be and his love for the program has always been evident; he has reached his pinnacle in terms of coaching situation. That's why he's the 15 ppg there IMO and does not reflect on his worth in prior, less desirable situations.

If Hamilton can give you guy 14-15/game, that'll help. I could see edges being the worker on the glass and Williams being the guy to give you 10/night. Then again Brady Jones may do both.

Cooper Engnes had 17 in the scrimmage against Lewis, looks a lot taller and a lot stronger!

This team is a complete turn around from last year. Especially rebounding wise, saw in their scrimmage they're fighting for ever loose ball. Glad to see how much Lippert had improved, along with Engnes. If Bracken does win I don't see it being more 4. Don't think any of these players have ever played at MoCo but at least they are seeing this floor before region (hoping they do get that far)

Coach Jason Hinson's debut as the Polar Bear head coach. Has a big challenge in his first game in th BGP ranked #2 team in the 10th Montgomery County Indians. Tip off set for 7:30 pending the first two games (frosh, and JV dont run over). If you cant make it to Mt. Sterling you can catch all the action with myself and JT Teegarden at the links below.
