I have no dog in this fight, but in my opinion, if in fact the coach’s behavior is this bad, part of the blame lies with the officials. He’s been allowed to get away with it when he should be T’d up, and thrown out if it continued.

Thanks for this article Silo11, I don’t follow high school basketball like I do football and your article gave me more info on our area teams. Looks like PT is probably the favorite, with Mayfield, Graves Co, and McCraken county able to beat any of the other 3 on a given night. Should be a very exciting regional tourney this year.

I haven’t seen any polls, but I would think Paducah tilghman would be the favorite, with Mayfield, Graves county And McCraken County all capable of winning the region.

When and where are those 2 games?

Well I haven’t seen Graves county, but they did beat UHA at the hoopfest, so they must be very good as well.

Another positive is Mayfield only starts 1 senior.

Mayfield plays really good team basketball, I was very impressed with their hustle, grit and fight!
