I think that is false that Shumate wants them to be one sport athletes. If you examine the teams from the last couple of years they are only a handful. I mean most of the team play atleast 2 sports.

Mitch Mckenzie[6'6] Baker Prewitt[5'10] and Rj Estrella[5'9] will all be key to the tigers.

Well I think they could give Holmes a game and they could match up well with CCH with the size of Mckenzie, Maus and Cruise.

I think the tigers have a GREAT shot at winning the district. Watch out for this young team!

agreed. Beechwood has a lot of talent this year. Colin Johnson-P Dylan Cottingham-C Josh Bertke-3B/P Michael Colosimo-2B/P Brad Leeke-OF all above average players. plus the addition of Zach Larimore-SS/P who missed last season due to a knee injury, and Ben Studer-OF/P who missed last season due to spine surgery. Beechwood looks top-knotch on paper.
