No Oxford....But OMG some serious comp!!!!!!!

Lone Oak QB Presnell 7th rated player after day 1 scoutsinc.com

The Purple Flash just might have something to say about that!!!!!!!!!!

Lone Oak had 7 on 7 against Massac County out of Illinois yesterday......Massac was not a good test....First possesion for the flash yeilded 7 touchdown by the starting "O"....Will see better comp next week in Hoover Alabama against 20 or so teams ranked in the top 50 in the country.....But they looked really fast and on the same page..thats for sure!!!!!

1st team meeting of the season..Football is officially here!!!

Lone Oak has national 7 on 7 in Hoover Ala. next week. Should be awesome!!!!!

Thats what is listed on the site....select7on7.com

Yes they are registered and will be in attendance...I also have since learned that their are currently 6 teams out of the 17 already registered that was ranked in the top 100 nationally..And at least 3 of the teams are in the top 10...SOOOO i wanted some feed back, i also did see where Highland has attended previously, but no other KY. teams have went...It will be good exposure and a good gage of how good Lone Oak will be this year..

Congrats to them!!!! They are a good squad...But is that a qualifier for this event?????? The website looks like it is the premiere event in all of the southeast...only 32 teams go and there is a pretty tough qualifier to make it...

Looking for some information on this....How prestigeous is this???

I was just making a point that they are not playin non playoff teams...thats all

He has had a growth spirt...6'1 165.... and almost started last year but they went with the senior understandibly.....

You mean 2 6A schools and Lexcath,Green county????? and then a pretty tough draw in the playoffs???? you still have to throw and catch...

Ok im gonna throw something out there...I know this is kinda a "HOMER" thing but There is a upcoming junior that will play for Lone Oak.....I would bet the farm that he will have the best overall numbers as a junior in the state..His name is Tyler Presnell and he will be wearing number 11...I think he could possibly have 125 TDs and 8000 yrds over the next 2 seasons..And has never started...Just remember folks ya heard it here first..

The first and only scrimmage of the year will be against hop town and Lone oak....So we will see early on how strong they will actually be...My guess is pretty darn strong...

Prayers from Lone Oak......

Didnt mean to get the whole LO/Boyle argument started....Just giving my opinion ,,,thats all!!!! That game was great for our program...And this year thats what is driving off season workouts...Thats all im saying...LO will be bigger, faster, and more talented and they want nothing more than another chance at Boyle!!!!

Wow!!!! Looks like both Boyle and Lone Oak will have a chip on their shoulder...For two different reasons though...You guys did have one heck of a D last year..I would love nothing more than to meet up with Boyle again in Bowling Green...Believe this though, Without Mcshera the game would have been a little different i think with LO comming out on top..That being nsaid you guys have great fans and a great program and i look for people to underestimate them this year without reese. I hope so to because Boyle/Lone Oak 2010 is all the kids here are thinking of..:thumb::popcorn:

Not gonna happen.....Last i heard,,Green is looking foward to LO returning the game and not let LO out of contract....I understand why but Male sure did look like a poss. for a while//

Just a rumor then you know how that goes......Just wondering...:thumb::thumb::thumb:

Will Josh play????? I heard Louisville offered him a Basketball ride...As a senior some kids dont play if they get a ride playing b-ball...:idunno:

I agree Josh Forest should be a beast!!! Also Jay Cain will be unstoppable on LO offensive line!!!Getting a lot of D1 looks...

Who will be the Big players in Western KY. any size school, any position?

Ccongrats Boyle!!!!! You guys absolutely EARNED those rings!!!!!!!!Very nice pic of them...

LO should also play Mayfield...Maybe next year we will get our wish!!!!Last year of football from LO should have both on their schedule...:thumb::thumb::thumb:
