Shoutout to Trinity students who came out in force tonight.

Rocks brought a lot of energy tonight. 509 yds of offense. Zane Johnson was fantastic. Rocks defense was solid. Running game was solid. This is what the doctor ordered. Will they keep it up?

Does this game really need to be played at L&N Stadium anymore? I think both school stadiums can handle the crowd and the atmosphere inside would be much better.

We have been calling for Cobb’s replacement for two years. You can’t replace the Goat Beatty, I get that. However, you can’t just throw the aspects of what made him great away and select the parent’s choice for a coach without a proper search. The whole thing was a lazy exercise. Start with the AD and clean house.

Travis Wright played at FAU. Started as a sophomore with three of the greatest Trinity teams of all time. One being a National Champion.

I don’t know how quickly Zane will be able to adjust to the Male sideline slopes…. Those quick sideline outs become very difficult.

If Elder can hang with St. Edward’s and this game is at The Pit, I like Elder…

Juggernauts are tough.

Trinity is a roulette wheel….any number can come up.

This game may be key to a winning or losing season.

I never judge a fan base by a few. At the end of the day, we all want our teams to win.

The past few years, JV wins have not translated to varsity wins.
