Anyone know what teams moved up from 2a to 3a During the last alignment? I know Bath Countyanyone else?

Betsy Layne should move up. This year was a first round loss, if they were in 3A they may not have won region but the chances to win playoff game would increase.

How did Prestonsburg do?

Let me defend the bobcats. Betsy Layne got beat tonight by an established program that is tradition rich and has nothing but class. The bobcats have had 5 winning seasons in their programs history. Their a single a program playing in a 2A district. Each year they are getting better and with hard work will continue. Good Luck Admirals, you have made me a life long fan.

Both teams are blue and white, where was the game at?

Betsy Layne should be favored in this one. They lost 4 seniors from last years team. They won pretty handily last year. I know Bracken lost their best player, but haven't heard about Bracken's offseason.

How is the new coach going? Have they played in any 7 on 7?

It's a division one school. It was from University of Illinois. The kid is just a junior.

Is it normal for a player to get letter from college about tickets to the home games? I have heard of colleges inviting kids but never this early or in writing. Let me know about the process if you can help.

I have tried to find some information about the camp. I heard their we're over 150 players there.

I will shed some light on this topic. The Floyd County Board is fitting the bill for Betsy Layne and Prestonsburg's Turf. In about 5 years their will be a new road that will pull South Floyd and Allen Central closer. They will combine and have a top rate facility. The reason it is easier to build rather than fix up is because their are funding in certain areas. Their are always money, but it has to be used on different things. The lawyer at Betsy Layne was going to put it down, but the board agreed not to let him, he was wanting the field named after him. They declined the offer. Now they are throwing a million out of their own pockets. I applaud the Floyd County Board for spending money on the students at the respected schools.

Betsy Layne High School is getting artificial turf. Should be finished by the dead period. Congrats to them!

With Coach Siple heading to Grant County, where does the Polar Bears go next?

They return 8 starters back on offense and defense. They return their quarterback that through over 1500 yards. They also got 6 home games with a brand new turf field.

I think Betsy Layne will be better than last. They went undefeated in junior varsity and return 8 out of 11 starters on off and defense.

I think Dalton Sizemore from Williamsburg and Dylan Hamilton from Betsy Layne are two really good quarterbacks in eastern Kentucky.
