With Coach Siple heading to Grant County, where does the Polar Bears go next?

Bellevue? That is a long drive for him. He lives in Richmond and don't believe has any plans on moving

Did he drive from Richmond to Trimble or to Bourbon? I was told he stays local through the week and goes home on the weekends.

Bracken County just does not have any luck when it comes to keeping coaches long unless they are from within the County or close(at any sport). In football, they've went the superstar route with the past hires of Faust and Siple, along with others not so famous. They may need to go young this time, maybe an assistant Coach from Nicholas,Lewis,Fleming or Mason would be willing to come to Bracken and live and stay for awhile. They will need to be a salesman because after this coming season they will need to convince a bunch of kids that are in track,baseball and basketball to give football a chance as well for a couple of years.

Yes...transferred to a school in WV.

No offense to my Polar Bear friends but this just isn't a job too many coaches would be interested in. For whatever reason they just haven't been able to get this program off the ground in Bracken Cty. Good luck to whomever they hire, they will need it.

I agree with CBuckett here. I thought of Coach Poynter as soon as I heard it was open. He would need to apply first though...

Did all the asst coaches leave for Grant Co as well? (I have heard that is the case, not confirmed it yet) Also the middle school team does not have any coaches at this point? (can someone confirm this, I know the former head coach of the middle school team is no longer there)
