Most district titles in a row?
Central's district may be weak but their region (11th) is one of the toughest in the state.

Scott County 78 Woodford County 43
I kinda saw this one coming. Madison Central played their worst game of the season while Woodford Co. played the game of their life and only won by 5. Didn't think that would happen again.

Madison Central 94 Madison Southern 55
You seem confused ? One post you say they tried to run the score up and in the next post you say they were playing around ? Can't be both ! I was there. The starters were out early in the second half, and they played every player on the bench in the second half. Go Indians !!! :thumb:

Henry Clay 64 Madison Central 49
Bosley was scoring 20+ ppg earlier this season but has been 5 ppg or less recently. Anybody have any insight on what's up ? I not worried about the Indians, they'll be just fine. I know another team in Ky. that's 22-1 and they seem to be doing Ok !

Courier-Journal's Litkenhous Ratings 1/23
I didn't expect Madison Central to jump to #1, but they didnt move up at all ? As far as who have they beat.... They're 5-0 against 11th region) a top region every year, they've beat #11 Clark Co, and oh yeah, they beat #1 Trinity on a neutral site. They should have gained a spot or two !

Madison Central 67 Montgomery County 57
Congrats to Central on their tournament win ! And an honorable mention goes to BigBlueInsanity for predicting the exact score in the prediction thread below ! I didn't make it to this tourney, but by the games I've watched this year Central has not played to their full potential yet. When all 5 have a good game on the same day somebody's going to get a real spanking ! Good job guys !

Madison Central 76 Covington Catholic 51
That's the calmest student section Central has had in several years. If you think they are rowdy you wouldn't have wanted to be there 3 or 4 years ago !!!!

Did the referees call the game different for Scott County?
Several of you are "choosing" to miss the point. To make it to the Final 4 with a team of players that are homegrown or "would attend that school whether it had a team or not" is outstanding and to be congradulated. To make it to the Final 4 with a team of players that is "assembled" of some of the best players around the state, players that would NOT attend that school if the school had no basketball team IS "underacheiving" unless they advance. If I bring a 38 to a squirt gun fight and win....so what...:idunno: I should win, but if I lose.....I expect to be beat like a dead horse like a forum such as this one ! :deadhorse:

Did the referees call the game different for Scott County?
I agree they were getting "outquicked" especially by Hickey of Christian Co. and that caused them to commit more fouls trying to stop them. Besides, the validity of that argument is lost considering that the game in which 4 of Scott County's players fouled out wasn't even the game they lost. I guarantee you that Hicks would still be whining and crying is someone tried to switch a 46% shooter with a 81% at the foul line at a key point in the game against him ! They should have been assessed a technical for that move in my opinion. I'm sure that's a maneuver they've rehearsed.

Ballard 67 Scott County 62
I'd like to give these 2 items back to my "Good" friend "Black and White". I knew you'd need them before the week was over. I wonder how many times they practiced the old switcharoo at the foul line. Honest mistake I guess... Great job Ballard !:ylsuper::dancingpa:thumb: Also congrats to Shelby Valley for a great season and the big trophy !
