I agree with you....not sure i would want to play Highlands again on a neutral floor with what I seen tonight. The defense will be there for sure but the 23% shooting will be better next time.

and the truth is..........a 6 point loss at home. Conner plays well for 3 quarters and Highlands plays good for 1 quarter and wins by 6. So if Highlands plays well for 3 quarters then that means they would have won by 18? lol

5-36 from floor first half. Not sure what was contested but if math serves me right thats about 14%.

Agree about Gambrell that hurt for Conner tonight....maybe it will be the Regional final when they meet again.

Its not an excuse...i just thought you should know before you start pumping your chest. Conner has a nice freshman team. I just didnt want you to mistake Highlands for not having anything coming up. There freshman and sophs are already playing varsity and winning.

If you couldnt beat Highlands tonight at home the way they shot the ball not sure your going to...Stamm does a great job but the better team won.

Highlands goes on the road shoots 21 percent and wins by 6 and your not impressed...what do you think of Conner? As far as the Freshman game goes they had 2 starters out and the 6th man out all which are 8th graders. The freshman started 3 8th graders a 7th grader and a 6th grader all girls on the bench were 8th grade. A win is a win for your freshman but i wouldnt get to excited about beating a middle school team. Highlands starting back court on the varsity are Freshman.

Good question....there are guys that play offense at Highlands that would be the best player on defense for sure and the same goes for defense to offense. For example...Zach Harris would be the best linbacker on the team IMO.

Hmmmm.....going for 6 in a row....no envy here. Relax.....Trinity has lost a little of its swagger its ok..good god. Wouldnt suprise me if they win the state title by 40 or more. I will give last couple of years but not bunches! lol

SCRIMMAGE......look im not saying Highlands would beat them...Trinity is the best team in the state....you made my point....you hung 50 in a half on HHS and you have to come from behind to be a team HHS put 60 on.....teams do get better and teams also tend to get complacent...thats all. Im not a one that thinks i know everything...just stating the obvious. Trinity is a better team look i said it but the gap is not as big as it was in the scrimmage thats all.

I agree....Cov Cath easily the 2nd best team in 4a and its because they play defense. As far as the game with Collins...its not arrogance on the birds part its reality. Collins has had a great year but they will experience what everybody else has and thats a very very balanced and talented HHS team.

Trinity folks need to settle down....they are not what they were. I dont care who they lose they should not have a goose egg on the board with 7 minutes to go to a team Highlands hung 60 on period!....I am not saying Highlands would be them at all but that is not the same team and its not just because Quick is out.

I know thank god turnovers are not part of the game! lol...Bowling Green is the 3rd best team in the state....Im not drinking but i will say the Highlands - Trinity matchup now would be a lot different than the scrimmage.

I agree..Cooper is really good but other than Highlands..Bowling Green is playing better than anyone.

Im sure that they have had their way with others in the second half...but Highlands makes half time adjustments better than anyone LC has faced....Like i said two scores and thats if they are down at half and i dont see that happening. Even if its tied at half I like Highlands chances in the second half....it is what it is until someone can knock them off. Highlands does what it needs to do to win....first half second half dont matter. LC will bring it but i dont think it will be enough......I have been wrong before but dont see it.

Agree.....both games against Cov-Cath this year CCH scored first and HHS did not panic and they were fine...i see a similiar game with Lex Cath with the outcome being a two score win for Highlands. Although i think Lex Cath will give Highlands all they want.

Are you sure they would lose?.....Really sure.....two scores at home with this team.....I would still like the birds chances....you seen first hand what happened to Boyle first game of the year. Dont think they will be down two scores but if they were i wouldnt panic.

Trinity has no problem with SC without Quick.

I would like to see what would have happened if Highlands doesnt throw two INTs and a fumble in first half....running clock by half? It goes both ways..
