Things are really moving forward at Greenup County! We have the support of the Board, the community is getting excited, I am ready to see some Football!

I am looking forward to a great time at Greenup County. Coach Copley will soon be on board, his assistants selected soon, the new weightroom up and running, and a lot of very exciting times are in front of us. I hope everyone is on board, ready to be positive, and help make Greenup County Football a force to be reckoned with!

Starting a new thread where we can discuss the POSITIVE Changes coming to Greenup County.

Good, I hope there is a great turnout. This will be a great way to get the ball rolling, get more people involved and work toward a new beginning at Greenup!

I don't believe he will be there. The Coach is included in Booster meetings and I am sure when Coach Copley is here he will be invited.

Already having six children under the age of 7, one at least with special needs, and then having more children is irresponsible IMO. She is not married and cannot financially support the children she already has at home. Not that being married or financially prepared is a prerequisite for good parenting, because sometimes things, "happen." This is different in that she wanted to be pregnant.

Yes, regardless of whether school is in session we will hold elections. They are scheduled to take place at 6pm in the cafeteria. If we cannot get into the school we will meet in the Field House.

I think most people are excited. We all need to work together to support the team and the new coach. Remember, having a new coach, doesn't automatically "fix everything." We all have to commit to doing things differently. Come to more games, volunteer to help out the boosters, whatever it takes! Greenup County Fans can start by participating in the Booster Club Elections, scheduled for tomorrow evening (Monday) at 6 pm at the High School.

Schedule is set by the AD. Anyone know the details yet?

The whole topic of Creatine, as a supplement, might best be explored in a new thread. There is a lot of information on this topic that I was unaware of and that I am sure many teenagers do not know about. We cannot make assumptions as to cause of death in this case. No matter what happened it is tragic for everyone, and I mean everyone, involved.

We have alot of talented athletes at Greenup. I am looking forward to seeing how Coach Copley utilizes all of them as a team. Anyone have any idea when the school is scheduling the meet and greet?

I have an Aunt and Uncle outside of Paducah, near KY Lake. They have been without power, phone or cell service since Monday night. Our prayers go out to everyone hurt by this storm.
