Ah I think I remember this. I don't agree with running up the score on teams, but if I recall, the back up QB was in and I think some others. But hey, if Holmes comes out with a bitter taste it will just make for a better game hopefully.

I think CCH plays a very very tough schedule. Mooney, NCC, Highlands, Beechwood, Elder, St. Xavier; it's definitely not a cake walk. But I really think a tough schedule better prepares teams for their playoff run. You do not improve by constantly playing beneath your ability.

Forgive me, because I might be drawing a blank, but I was at the game and did something significant happen last year at the Holmes game that would make them come out with a "bitter taste"? I really truly don't remember lol. Also any idea who the colonels are going to use at QB until Isler is back? Will they stick with Young who I thought did an okay job at Elder, or will they give another kid a try?

When I got my license at 15, I started driving this super cute cavalier that I called spearmint But a year later I began driving my BMW, which was a lot more fun to drive. They both went through some rough times with me. I still see the cavalier driving around here from time to time as a kid from CCH owns it now. RIP BMW.

I hope that video of the Zollo kid is not what his true ability is. It was nothing impressive. Yes he was big, but he looked like any other guy to me. Surprised that he is already a commit, besides his size I have no idea why he would be that big a deal based on that video alone.

Really? Listerman doesn't always utilize the big man the way he should, or could. At least, in my opinion. He is a very guard centralized team. With this years team I just don't think they have the guard power to operate the same way though, so hopefully he abandons this. He has had some pretty good big guys in the past and not gotten them the playing time they should have gotten. For the record, I think he is a good coach, so this isn't a hit on him or anything.

No, I think Boone County will take this one. I don't think it will be a blow out, but it won't be down to the wire either. Kind of hope I'm wrong though. I wouldn't mind Dixie putting it to Boone

Why would a coach who got his dream job come back to CCH? Doubtful. I wouldn't if I were him. He made no secret of his intentions at CCH. look towards the future. Brossart is the head coach of the football team NOW and he is working well with what he has and I think the colonels will be just fine. Playoffs aren't far off!

Ok, so it could be that every time I have seen Hunter Jones play he has had off days, but he has never impressed me. Not once. Every game I have seen him play he has had at least two errors, and maybe one solid hit if any. I'm not sure what the hype is? Does he have a lot of off days? [This is not slighting the kid, obviously he must be good or multiple people wouldnt be saying he is lol] I just would like to know.

I think CovCath has quite a few of the best players up here this year with Maile, Isler, Nutini and Darner. Murray at Scott also is a good ball player.

Agree about Ellison being more of a rb than a qb. Bleser was def. the better qb of the two. Don't know about the best I've seen though.

Yeah I have had that happen, and the teacher said too bad so sad. But it's alright, extra credit evened it out. I don't mind blackboard too much. None of my teachers at NKU have really used it in the four years I've been there, except for grades, and a few for quizzes. Not too rough. Sucks about your test though! Glad she was understanding! Some arent so lucky
