  1. Dixie has picked it up. They need to make their free throws!! Coach Schlarman gets the best from his team..very intense with his players. He is a good coach with good players.
  2. Everyone of you are blowing this way out of proportion...read post #11 and then post #22...follow the conversation....no one cares if they are "true" or not. If they are good enough to play...then they play!! Everyone wants to point out Pike's age status as opposed to his grade level....but when it comes to Hatton it's off limits??? Don't think so...Unfortunate as it is it will always be brought up, because whether you care to believe it or not it is an advantage, not just to the kid, but to the program as well..which is good for everyone. No one is taking shots at any of the kids. If facts are shots then this entire website is violating every kid. Don't use it to get on a soap box.
  3. Read the post I replied to before you make a comment!!!! At what point did I say I didn't like it?
  4. Trammell had a really good game last night. I don't think he came off the floor. Pompilio is a work horse and Raleigh has been playing good defense.
  5. Hatton isn't a true 7th grader either....but.....it is what it is. And they are starting to play well together.
  6. Zeke has really been struggling from the free throw line. Recently, he had went 2 for 12 from the charity stripe. I think this is the reason Chevalier sat him the last few minutes in the Newport game.
  7. I think it is more possible now than in the beginning of the season. St. Henry is good!!! Never should they be underestimated in anyway. All you can ask for is the best game from both teams.
  8. Well it looks like Dixie shut him down. And as far as Dixie not being good.....well...obviously a matter of opinion. They are young, but they do have talent. They have won 3 of the last 4... beat NCC and Newport and now Scott.
  9. I just heard that Dixie beat Scott 66 to 61!
  10. Isn't he a new transfer to Scott Co.? Who was Euton playing for when the "offer" was made?
  11. Good win for Dayton. What a shame for Ludlow. They had talent last year that wasn't produced to the fullest. I agree though, Williamson has diminished in his game. I watched a game last season where I thought they put too much emphasis on him getting the ball too much. They had ample talent that could shoot as well.
  12. I'm sorry if I've offended in any way...just wasn't understanding why this is such a jaw dropping loss for NCC and unfathomable win for Dixie. Every team this year will have their ups and downs... NCC being one and Dixie being one.... great thing is it could be anyone's day in high school sports. NCC is a great team and proves themselves every year. Dixie for the most part does as well. I just think early season speculation comes back to bite. But I don't know about the word creepy???
  13. Didn't read anymore than what was written.
  14. Wow....it just couldn't be the fact that Dixie had a really good game could it?? I didn't see a lack of any effort on behalf of the Breds.
  15. Whose choice do you think it is coach or player?
  16. Call him a pack mule. He carries the team on his back.
  17. Don't count anyone out! Teams are different in the end than they are in the beginning.
  18. Pike may have had 4 Hatton had 2 Trammel had 8.
  19. Villa needs to diversify their game. Bryan can't be the only one shooting the ball. He had a good game. Raleigh and Trammel defended him well. The refs called it extremely tight and sent Bryan to line where he didn't fare so well. Bryan may not see the protection in other games that he saw tonight.
  20. Pike is a hold back. Trammel is a sophomore and has not been held back.
  21. Give Bryan his 30 and Dixie still wins by 20! Bryan can't beat 5!
  22. Score doesn't really tell the whole story.....Dixie would have been in the game had they made free throws....and in the second half of the game the refs went whistle crazy. At the end of the 3rd quarter there were 20!! fouls called and then came the 4th quarter!!
