Final... Thought this one would be much closer.

This score surprises me as well. Thought Villa should have been in this one with Dixie this year.

Not surprised that Dixie won, but definetly surprised by this margin of victory. Looks like it will indeed be a two horse race between Dixie and St. Henry in the 34th.

To me it looks more like St. Henry doesn't have any competition.

Congrats to Coach Kenny C. and the gang!

Does anyone have a box score on this one? How many did Pike/Trammel/Hatton, the fine youngsters score for Dixie and did Blake Bryan get his 35?

It's a shame that there aren't a few more players on this Villa team to go with Bryan. It'd be neat to see him with some of the teams that had some decent role players, but lacked that star. Thinking back to the days of like Matt Ford, Matt Meier, Billy Kopp, Matt Love, those kind of guys. It'd be cool to see Villa have a real nice season and upset some of the big names.

Villa needs to diversify their game. Bryan can't be the only one shooting the ball. He had a good game. Raleigh and Trammel defended him well. The refs called it extremely tight and sent Bryan to line where he didn't fare so well. Bryan may not see the protection in other games that he saw tonight.

Pike may have had 4 Hatton had 2 Trammel had 8.

Don't count anyone out! Teams are different in the end than they are in the beginning.

Bryan ended up with 37

Call him a pack mule. He carries the team on his back.

Have teams try to double team him at all times yet?

Villa's team is not that bad, they have other players that can play and shoot. If they would play team ball and actually pass the ball once in a while they might win. It really effects the defense also. Everyone is standing around on offense watching and then gets beat back down the court. Most of the points Villa gives up are on fast break layups.

Whose choice do you think it is coach or player?
