  1. Fort Campbell's first possession ended resulted in a turnover on a botched fake punt. Warren Central scores immediately.....they're up 14-0 now.
  2. I just hope that the Falcons put four solid quarters of football together, don't make simple mistakes, and remember football fundamentals. Later.
  3. I can't really go against our Falcons.....but I will have to say that they're gonna have to play better defense against Warren Central than they did in both games against Clarksville and Russellville. I think the offense did well but does need to do better as well, but it's the defense that really needs to step up and improve. Later.
  4. We had two called back on the same drive! Later.
  5. 57-28. Fort Campbell played well, still made some costly mistakes and there's some attitudes that need a tad bit of adjusting. They clicked more on offense in this game than they did against Clarksville High School. The defense played well, but have some basic fundamentals that they need to get ironed out for next week's game against Warren Central. Later.
  6. FINAL SCORE: Fort Campbell - 57 Russellville - 28 Fort Campbell needs a big game next week against Warren Central if they allowed Russellville 28 points. Later.
  7. If it's 4th and 6 for a first down, how does a five yard penalty get a team a first down? Well, it does here in Russellville.....it's now FC 57-28 with just over 2 minutes to play. Later.
  8. 57-21 FC is up with 7 minutes left in the game. Later.
  9. Aaron Hills with a 20+ yard TD reception, extra point is good - 50-21 now, FC. Later.
  10. Big kickoff return by Marcus Tucker...he ran out of his shoe, then scored on a (roughly) 30 yard reception making it 43-21 Falcons with 5:44 left in the 3rd quarter. Later.
  11. Big run for the Panthers resulting in 6, extra point is good. 36-21 Fort Campbell. 6:10 left in the 3rd. Later.
  12. Fort Campbell had two TDs called back on penalties on the opening drive of the half....Marcus Pratt finally punched it in for 6 with 8:56 left. It's 36-14 now.
  13. Our Falcons scored with 16.5 seconds left in the half.....it's now 29-14. Falcons set to kick off. Falcons get the ball first in the second. Later.
  14. 22-14 with 7 and a half minutes left in the half (and this time, it's the half).
  15. Oops.....just the first qtr, not half.
  16. Aaron Hills just scored on a punt return, extra point no good. Falcons 22-6 with about 3 minutes left in half.
  17. I don't know much about Russellville, but I certainly hope that I see something drastically different on the Falcons side of the ball this week. They've got to get over themselves, seniors need to lead the team, and they need to quit making costly mistakes. Falcons by a touchdown. Later.
  18. I couldn't agree more. The leadership issues that plagued Fort Campbell last season seemed to come back and bit 'em in the buttocks last night. When things got tough, nobody in pads could really rally the troops and get things together. CHS opened up the run game with a decent (somewhat) deep passing game. Poor tackling and careless penalties got the best of our Falcons last night. Later.
  19. I echo everything that's been said. The Falcon defense looked good on Friday night. There were a few kinks that will be worked out, but....it's early in the season and mistakes happen. The offense clicked well. Freshman QB, Jalen Williams well......If his parents can stay at Fort Campbell, I think he's got a bright future as a Falcon. Later.
