Russellville vs. Fort Campbell predictions

I don't know much about Russellville, but I certainly hope that I see something drastically different on the Falcons side of the ball this week.

They've got to get over themselves, seniors need to lead the team, and they need to quit making costly mistakes.

Falcons by a touchdown.

Fort Campbell is a young team. Lots of 10s and 11s on the roster and only four seniors. Their quarterback (Croslin) pitched for the Logan County Little League team that advanced to Williamsport in 2008 or 2009. They showed a wishbone, wing-T, spread, and I-formation Friday so who knows. They had big-time conditioning issues Friday and only had 43 yards in the second half.

Enjoy your trip to historic Rhea Stadium and try and impress your friends by naming the six concrete heads that adorn the entrance. Also check out the elevated end zone corner.

Falcons take this one.

It will be nice to go to a new stadium for a game - have driven past the Russellville stadium for years, but have never been there for a game.

The Falcons are only limited by themselves, superb athletes and one of the top coaches in the state. Will they show up and play a full game of disciplined football? That is the question.

Did you mean Russellville? I pretty sure Fort Campbell has more than 4 seniors.

The Falcons have the talent and ability to be a much better team than they showed last Friday. I’m cautiously optimistic that they will come out this week and play up to their potential without the mistakes of this past Friday.

Fort Campbell 28

Russellville 14

I agree with take on Falcons. I attended game in Russellville last season playoff game; Paducah Tilghman vs Russellville, unique stadium. I'll be in attendance.
