Trigg's scheduling issues are evident, they can't really get anything going in their favor.....not that I want them to though.

Falcons up 28-0 with 4:55 left in the half.

21-0 after a 91 yard TD reception from Hills to Tucker.

Scratch that....the called fumble was reversed.

Trigg punts, roughing the kicker penalty on the Falcons....keeps Trigg's drive alive. TC pass is caught, then coughed up.....Falcon ball.

Two plays later....Falcons are up by 14.

The ensuing kickoff is botched by Trigg, Falcons recover.

Falcons up 6-0.

Fort Campbell punts on first possession....recovers fumble on punt.

Trigg's first poss. punts.

Coming off of their best performance all season (regardless of the loss), the Falcons know that they can (and will) play hard when they need to. They faced a really good Christian County team and almost got out of there with the win. I'm not one for moral victories, but the Falcons played as good of a game as I've seen them play in the last two seasons. Falcons win a close one at home. Later.

Nothing wrong with that. It's one thing if the team is up that much and the coach is calling onside kicks and such.....but if the other team can't stop the kids on the bench from gettin' in the end zone.....oh well. Later.

I can't say anything that hasn't really been said already by FalconBacker and FC.....FC even touched on my thoughts regarding "moral victories". The Fort Campbell Falcons, while putting another notch in the loss column, have NOTHING to be ashamed of by this game. I'm positive that they see things otherwise, but they played very well last night and should go into district play with a newly found confidence. Later.
