Trigg steps up in class a bit as they travel to face the Falcons. Who wins this one?

I'm not for sure if the Wildcats can travel there and win. I think they would need the home field advantage or something to give them an edge. Fort Campbell will win in a very good football game.

Coming off of their best performance all season (regardless of the loss), the Falcons know that they can (and will) play hard when they need to. They faced a really good Christian County team and almost got out of there with the win. I'm not one for moral victories, but the Falcons played as good of a game as I've seen them play in the last two seasons.

It is nice to have Trigg & FC in the same district where they always should have been.

 

We saw Trigg over the summer when they came to FC for the 7 on 7 camp. They have some good players.

 

Don't know if they are doing anything different as Shannon Burcham was still at the helm for the 7 on 7.

 

Trigg comes in 4 - 0, FC is 2 - 3. If the schedules were traded up to this point - FC would be 4 - 0 and Trigg 2 - 3.

 

I expect a good game, seems like it always is between these two schools. I look for FC to win at home.

Special teams and big plays will be the key in this one. Trigg cant allow any returns for touchdowns and cant give up the big play. It's also interesting to see if Jaylen Williams is able to play. Trigg has prepared in the past for Hills at QB, but not Williams at QB and Hills in the slot.

I think Fort Campbell wins by a couple of touchdowns.

This will be the best game in WKY this week and one of the most important as far as seeding for the playoff's. Trigg has had two weeks to get ready for this game. Coach Jones will have his defense ready to take certain things away from falcons. Just not sure if they can match up physically with Fort Campbell. Last week the Falcons game ready to play and eliminated many mental mistakes they had up threw week 3. Trigg will have to score atleats 28 points or so to win this game. Just don't know it they can handle the physical nature of Fort Campbell if they come ready to play. Good luck to both teams.

As long as Fort Campbell comes out and plays like they did against Christian County, despite the loss, the Falcons will win by a TD or more.

Triggs defense is alot better than given credit for.. That'll be the difference.. TC 21 FC 14

PT is still the best 3a team in the region. They got beat by a state #1 ranked Ind team and a #1 ranked 1a team in Mayfield and that's a concern? They beat a Graves team that are alot better than there record indicates and hammered a good Lone Oak team, which I dont think Trigg or Ft C could do. They may be struggling a little, but, that's about it, very little. They'll be fine..

Tilghman also had about 5-6 starters out for their game with Graves County ... I suspect the Tornado is still the team to beat in the district and region.

I still think they need to get better...better at playing as a unit..better at catching the ball..better at blocking on the o-line...better at having the mental toughness to not get 19 penalties in a game..Just dont see this team making it that far if they dont get just better all the way around. JMO. Havent seen Trigg except on film and FC at all but from what is being said FC is big and physical.sooo its a toss up in my estimation.

Tilghman is still 2-3 touchdowns better than anyone in the district right now
