Ryle continues to struggle with their play calling. The TE should be getting the ball over the middle and at the flats about 6 to 8 times a game. They also do not throw deep accross the middle. Ryles offense does not adjust well to the defense, they are way to predictable.

Once again the young Raiders get the job done!

Boone is now getting to the tough end of their schedule. IMO they will lose their next four games.

Ryle's quick Defense will pressure th QB and cause him to throw some interceptions. The Defense will step it up this week for Ryle, and if the Offense calls good plays at the right situations, Ryle will win by two TD's.

I don't understand it. Ryle's varsity play calling is terrible, but the JV play calling is good. Ryle JV handed Conner a decisive 34 to 0 loss and scored on some really good pass and run plays. The varsity play calling does not adapt well to the changes in the game. It is like they have five plays that they repeat no matter what the situation.

Ryle has only lost to Highlands and Campbell County.

Young Raiders looked great. JV is passing and running well. Any word on the JV player that was also taken to the hospital for Holy Cross?

I was thinking the same thing. I think they could very much improve their offense by moving the QB to RB. They would still have the running back pass play. The QB had a very strong arm, but no accuracy. He was a very impressive runner, but that was all they had. Ryle is really starting to put things together at the right time. Defense looked a little shaky, but I think they just could not react in time to stop the QB. Everything else they stopped.The next two years for Ryle will be very exciting to watch. They have a lot of talented young players. Elliott is only a Freshman and runs like an experienced senior.

He was knocked unconcious on the field. He regained conciousness and could move all extremities. Last word was he doing ok at the hospital.

Ryle shutdown the SK running game tonight and brought their own running game to life. The Offense finally started controlling the game by running the ball successfully. Ryle threw passes where it was needed, but mainly controlled the game by running the ball. Much better play calling this week.The Defense was great as usual. There was only one play that SK (Simpson) was able to break a big run. Most of the night he was stopped for losses. Ryle is getting stronger every game. Congratulations Raiders!

Ryle's Defense has shutdown every teams running game that they have played, including Highlands in the first game of the season. If the Offense ever shows up Ryle will be hard to beat.

Ryle will shutdown the SK running game and showcase one of their own. Ryle 21 to SK 7.

Ryle has a very good running game, but they always break it up with short passes that all teams are very aware of by now. I agree they must work on longer pass plays and put together more of a running attack. The off tackle runs have been very successful.

Ryle blew a big lead, go to halftime only leading by 1 point, and 13 of your 15 coaches are standing around talking to each other instead of the players. I have noticed this at every halftime of all 3 games so far. These coaches are responsible for groups of players and should be giving them instructions, guidance and support they need for the second half.
