  1. What about Vee Sanford from Lexington Catholic? He took over games in the state tournament. 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 steals in the 1st round win over UHA. 13 ppg, 48% FG, 35% from 3, 75% from the FT line. His numbers will only increase as a senior with the loss of Jordan Smart and Nathan Novasel.

  9. Looking at Calloways schedule they should win 7-8 games in the regular season. Many of the teams they are playing are WAY down from where they have been in the past. According to the Bluegrass Preps rankings Marshall County is ranked 34th out of 37 teams and Graves is ranked #35 out of 37 teams in 6-A. Also Muhlenburg North is ranked 33rd out of 35 teams in 4-A and Fulton County is the 28th best team of 41 in 1-A and Crittenden is 11th of 41 in 1-A but there is talk that their best player(Sorina) has moved. That should be 5 guaranteed wins with Murray, Hopkins Central, Lone Oak, Trigg, and Mayfield being toss ups. I say 7-3 regular season.
  10. I noticed a post earlier about the CalPrep Rankings. I dug around and they have a Top 30 list. They use stats like number of returning starters, returning QB, schedule, # of seniors, class, ect and spit out the rankings. Like all rankings its good for debate. 1. Highlands 2. Trinity 3. St X 4. 12. Jamarielle Brown put up numbers that should put him in the conversation for this list. I understand that Lone Oak threw the ball 85% of the time, but 106 receptions for 2000+ yards and 28 TD's is nuts. I think both were a Kentucky state record. Also saw where he was listed on the ESPN Top 150 list.

  14. Kwame Duffy will not be playing football this season. Does anybody have the stats for Jamie King last season?
