Any news on the South Laurel AD job, is Steve Wright still being considered?

I think Roark will get the offence moving in the right direction. Roark will be a head coach somewhere soon in my opinion, he is a great guy to have on any staff.

Will Steven White have a break out senior season at the RB position?

I really think they will be better and much more competitive, I just feel like their at least a year away from competing for the district title. Did you ever find out who NL is going to scrimmage?

Aaron is doing the right thing by playing football, their's not much of a need for 6-3 post players at any college level.

North Laurel must become more balanced to have any chance to win in their district, not to mention how tough the non-district opponents will be. IMHO I can't see NL winning more than 3 or 4 games in 2008. Will that be enough to buy Coach Abbott another season?

Ricky Bowling looked great at Auburn's senior day camp over the weekend. I feel like he raised his stock from NAIA to a solid 1AA program that runs the Franklin system, don't think any big time programs will take a chance on him with his 5-9 170lb frame.

Any news on how SLHS is doing in AAU this summer?

I think East Jessamine has a very good running back, don't think he was a senior last year. Don't have a clue what West Jessamine returns.

Seidel really shot 49% from behind the arc, I didn't know that, really awsome.

With the OL South Laurel returns Bowling will have more than enough time to hit the open man come August 29th when Covington Holy Cross comes to town.

North Laurel lost some key players off the 2007-08 team, however with a kid like Seidel they could be a 500 ball club.

Jeremy Armfield and Mark Clontz out of South Laurel should be on the list. Armfield is 6-5 270lbs, Clontz is a 6-1 240 lb senior center.

Brad Sizemore hasn't finished college yet, besides coach Wright will not step down as head coach with son on the team.

I agree, however he will most likely play in the NAIA, but it's great a 5-9 170lb kid is even being considered by some of the D1 guys. Can't wait to see him play one more season at the high school level.

I just recieved word that Ricky Bowling will be in Auburn this week for football camp.

I agree, Ricky will end up at Union or Virginia-Wise and has a good chance to set some records at the NAIA level.

I have studied tons of seniors that have a shot at Mr Football. I feel like Ricky Bowling and Zack Lewis are worthy based on thier careers as a whole.

Bowling is light years ahead of Cashen in decision making and speed. Bowling and Cashen are about even on arm strength, however Cashen is stronger and bigger.

Most total team speed in along time at South Laurel.

Fields will be a monster on defence, Fields will make more plays than some might think on offence, however Chris Mitchell and Jake Cobb will catch a ton of passes from Bowling.

To answer you'r question Bowling is way ahead of Cashen when it comes to playing QB.
