The childish of some in this thread is what keeps people away from the football forums or BGP in general. It's extremely tiresome. It's time for some people to grow up. Looking forward to Friday. I haven't seen SK but by all accounts they once again have a solid team. Dixie has to stick to and execute their game plan to come out victorious. Should be a good one in Edgewood.

On Saturday morning, former Dixie Heights player Elliot Feltner was struck by an impaired driver while driving on I75 in Turtlecreek. He is currently in a Dayton hospital in an induced coma and on a ventilator while his body tries to recover. Please keep Elliot, his family, and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

I'm at a loss of what to say about this awful tragedy. I didn't know Colson very well at all but every encounter I had with him was a positive one. Whenever I saw him on campus, he would say hello and be extremely polite. He was one of the most respectful young men I've come across. My thoughts and prayers go to his father Dave, his mother, the rest of his family, his friends, the Dixie community and the Georgetown community. You will be missed Colson.

Clyde is correct. Coach Shartzer resigned last month. And as far as I am aware, nobody has been hired to replace him.

Game times are 5 and 7:30. Juniors then seniors. Not sure on roster. Each team sends two seniors and two juniors. It is ran by the Northern Kentucky Baseball Coaches Association. SK, Scott, Campbell and Brossart (I think) are included. I think those are the only non-9th teams.

Games will be at Asbury College in Wilmore, KY. June 21st is the Sophomore Showcase. Registration is 1:00-1:30. June 22nd is the Junior Showcase. Registration is 1:00-1:30. Workout will be held from 1:30-3:15 both days. Games will begin at 4:00 and 30 minutes after 1st game on both days.
