KHSAA sets back KY football.....again
So let'em all play! Let every team in the state play! That's the fair thing to do. Reward every losing team that didn't deserve to play. If you just want to practice, then practice, but why reward a team who does not deserve it? I'm sorry, if you were 0-10, 1-9, or 2-8, you a'int gett'en any better....

KHSAA sets back KY football.....again
A 2-9 team does not deserve to be in the playoffs. They did nothing to deserve the 48-0 beating that they took. You have teams sitting at home that are WAY better, who finished with .500 records and could have beat many or most of the teams in the playoffs, these are the teams who deserved to get a chance to practice, not a 2-9, 1-9, or 0-10 team like we have seen this year. There is zero logic to awarding a team a playoff spot for mediocrity (I'm sorry, 2-9 is not mediocrity, my bad). If a 2-9 team gets to play, but a 5-5, or in some cases 6-4 team stays home, then let them all play. Play a 4 game season and then start the playoffs..... That makes about as much sense as we have seen over the past couple of years and the 6 divisions is only making it worse. This year it was horrible football over the first weekend of the playoffs....
