Really surprised by this score. I don't think it's so much that Highlands isn't as good as advertised, but rather NCC is better than advertised.

Not really a shocker to me. It is a huge rivalry game and anything can and does happen in these type of games. The loss, since the 36th doesn't seed really isn't that big of a deal, but boy if it were a seeding game....

I think it is both. I think it is that Highlands is not as good as advertised and NCC is probably a bit better than thought to be.

NCC did beat Holmes last year so I'm not surprised. Did they play zone and I wonder what Highlands shot from 3.

When is the last time NCC beat Highlands when it counted? Obviously meaning District/Regional Tourney.

NCC came to play HHS did not. The Birds got smoked on the boards. The Geislers were all over the glass. Pangallo seemed to incur a rib injury, but continued to play. He played a great game. Congrats to the Breds and their fans.

Hard to watch. HHS time and time again does not block out on NCC free throws, to give up stick backs.

Didn't NCC return there whole backcourt? This is a great win. Over a team some say are top 20 in the state. I still want to see them agsinst Holmes and Boone.
