I'd say Beechwood did a good job of getting Ricardo JJ and Pittman in foul trouble. IMO Holmes lacks defensive intensity like they got from Arrez and Avery last season.

HC has been kept out of the regionals the past two years because of this district when in any other they would have made it.

Ludlow has a good slasher and scorer in Williamson and a solid shooting big man in Shelton. They have a great shooter, forget his name, but Ludlow has to keep their head into the season and it should be a pretty good one. Ryle got a huge addition with Russell returning to the program as well.

Beechwood looked bad against a solid passing team in NCC, so if Frankfort can get the ball in the air watch out. I don't think this game will be one sided as the predictions seem to say.
