I felt the 1st story quoting high school players was very tacky and unfair to Coach Campbell. After 18 years he should have been allowed to step down on his terms in the way he wanted.

LC returns all linemen except 1 I believe...maybe the best running back in EKY and a good group of freshman DB's along with 2 good soph DE. I really though LC would win the region this year and make a run at the carpet but they let it slip away. Somerset will be a slite favorite over LC for 1st in district but LC is a solid second in district and I think LC is 2nd or 3rd best team in region next year behind Jumpers and Pikeville.Catman is sandbaggen and its not even January.

In 4 A there has been a Louisville school in the final, 30 out of 32 years. Thats pretty amazing...or is it?

I dont mind all getting in but it needs to be seeded so the regular season games mean something....How does anyone feel about 3 teams in with 1 seed getting 1st round bye

4 is good....makes last 1 or 2 regular season games mean something and keeps interest up...there are some blow outs but a few 4's win.....there are also some blowouts in regular season non district games..what would we do about those...say they cant play anymore.

If we can talk about rumors on here now I have a bunch of them. I also think after 28ish years of coaching you dont resign....you retire.

The things I like about 4 are it usually makes the last 1 or 2 regular season games very important for seeding, which increases fan interest. Also there have been several 4 seeds win over the years. One other option which there are pros and cons would be have 3 teams make playoffs with 1 seeds getting a 1st round bye.

Watching the LC Somerset game on film it appeared that LC got tired at the end. Maybe kids not use to having to play both ways or playing an entire game. Mitchell wont let that happen again. Could be close at half but LC wins 48-14.

102.7 will also carry....if not it will be 104.3

So what there are only 35 fairly evenly divided teams...Patriots won the Super Bowl but heck there are only 32 evenly divided teams.

HDE I was under the same impression but it said last night on WYMT the new school would house 1300. I was told by Tim Saylor at the Wburg Evarts game it wold house 1800. Why would you build a school for 1300 when there are 1400 students in the 3 consolidating. Maybe it was a missquote.

There arent quite as many athlets to recruit as there are in Lville.

I dont thinl LC has ben an underdog at all. I said from start they should win region or it would be an underachieving year and I still believe that. Somerset and LC should meet again but they will both have to play well.
