I thought that was pretty low myself. Plus, it was right in front of 3 or 4 administrators. Did you see them do anything about it??? No, and Mason County fans can't understand why there are many people on here that are not to fond of them. Examples of sportsmanship like this are one of the reasons. While it looks like the administration is condoning the actions leaves a bad taste in many peoples mouth. It's actions like this that take away from a well contested game from both teams.

Clyde that made me laugh out loud. They would not do anything to help you get to your seat. But they would always come up to you with their hand extended wanting a tip. I would always slap their hand and say "theirs your five". Believe me they didn't find the humor in it as me and my buddies did.

I heard about this Friday. The weird thing was at work on Thursday we talked about John Stewart and his untimely death. When I read this Friday morning I got cold chills. This is very sad in deed. Sounds like not only a gifted athlete passed but a young man that would have made this world a better place was lost.

Another memory is Pendleton's Boner (I beleive that's who it was) Getting the dunk and the foul with three Mason defenders on him. That really brought the PC faithful to their feet.

Got to be Coach K draining the 3 and closing out his coaching career. Their has been alot of good ball this week. But, I think that memory will hang with me the longest.

I've attended games this week in the 9th, 10th, and 16th. Ellis T. Johnson Arena at MSU is a great place to watch a came. Very nice and laid back atmosphere. The Fieldhouse at Mason County always has tremendous atmosphere and the tradition is second to none. The BOKC is the better venue of the three. However, I felt like I had to ask permission from the "seat police" to breathe. If the BOKC can get a grip on their ushers and get them to lighten up some it would be great. I also witnessed one of the "seat police" rip a student up one side and down another for have his feet on the back of the seat in front of him. I'm not say the student should have had his feet on the seat. But, a simple "please take your feet of the seat would have worked". Maybe that's why many of the students are staying away.

I think the key was Pendleton County keeping their head in the game tonight. They played and let Coach Simms complain to the officials. Beloeve me I've watched Chad coach numerous times and he can complain with the best of them. One the other hand Pawsatt and Setty spent way to much time crying to the officials on many calls tonight. They mentally got themselves out of the came and I think that was a hughe factor in the outcome. My hats off to Pendleton County. They wanted it more and on this day they were the better team. On a side note. Is it me or have I observed alot of players crying to the refs? Just seems like it is happening more in this years tournament.

I agree with this. Thought it was a lazy effort all around. If they play with the same lack of intensity tomorrow they won't have to worry about Monday night.

Wow what a game. Now a district winner gets Campbell County for first round they will be a tough out. They will be the runner-up all the winners will want to avoid.

District winners draw first on a rotation. For example if it's the 39th District year to draw first then they pull the first pill. Then the 40th, 37th and 38th. The district winners can draw only pills 1,3,5,and 7. For sake of argument let's say the winners this year are 37th Scott, 38th Harrison, 39th Mason, and 40th GRC. Now let's say GRC draws 1, Mason draws 3, Harrison draws 5, and Scott draws 7. Then Pendleton and Campbell would draw for the 2 and 4 pills. That would make Augusta and Montgomery draw for the 6 and 8 pills. I'm sure this is clear as mud.

Played home and home. Finals of Bracken's Holiday tournament and the semi's of the 10 Region All "A".

Deming beats Bracken Co. for the fourth time this year on the Bears Senior Night. The victory marked the 20th win for the Devils this season. It's their first 20 win season since the 1988 22-9 Black Devil squad. Congrats to the Devils and Good Luck to both teams in the District!!!

Good win for the Devils tonight. Could have quit numerous times. However, they continued to fight and come up with the W. Congratulations goes to Kyle King who became the all time leading scorer for boys and girsl tonight. I was told with the 20 points he scored tonight that he now has 2280 points. The old record was 2267.

Very sad news indeed! My heart and prayers go out to the entire family. Mason County has truly lost their best and most loyal supporter. His shoes will never be filled.

How many did Prewitt have. I really enjoy watching this young man. IMO he's the best pure shooter to come along in the 10th Region since a guy named Lofton from Mason County.
