Thin line between winning and losing. More rare for teams to be even like Bullitt East/Male result. Usually a team is better and can't be stopped.

Tiger freshman finish season (6-3). Notable wins over Trinity and Elder. Losses to Boyle County, Trinity, and Moeller. Overall I think was good season.

Considering St. X spanked them last year they probably have the game circled and probably will be fired up.

Just looked it up. Ryle/Bullitt East and SK/Male most likely in 2nd round.

So SK/Ryle rematch in 2nd round?

Madison Central (8-1) hosts St. X (4-5) with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 pm. Madison Central is hitting on all cylinders and is coming off a 42-18 win over Bryan Station. St. X is coming off a 62-32 win over PRP. Last year: St. X won 42-6. Madison Central will be looking to exact revenge from last year's beating that the Tigers delivered. St. X will have to play much better defensively than they did against PRP to have a shot at winning as Madison Central's offense is playing very well. A rare losing season is on the line for St. X since a loss to Madison Central will pretty much ensure it since getting Trinity in the 2nd round, but will have to get through Ballard before looking ahead. Can St. X go on the road and upset the higher ranking #4 Madison Central or does Madison Central keep rolling into the playoffs?

I'll go with Boyle County at home.

One score was pick 6 and another they ran back kickoff. They had really fast skill guys on offense and St. X looked flat on defense so guess they didn't come ready to play. I'll give credit to PRP guys who played hard. PRP defense was very bad other than the pick 6 they got off QB Will Burmester who came in later as William Shoptaw started the game.

Congrats to SK on getting hard fought win against rival.
