I am smack dab in CKY. I'll post all activity I can confirm. About what time will everything start? I am hearing around 1:30pm. Is that accurate?

A Tornado Watch will probably be issued for Western Kentucky soon.

I forgot to add that the watch will probably be issued in the next hour or two. 17-19z on the map means 1pm-3pm. That is the time the threat will increase for severe weather.
