In the court of public opinion and in most eyes, all signs point to Braun being guilty of taking whatever. The rules state there is a procedure to collect said sample, and it was not followed. You have to let him off. He had a good legal team put together to help clear his name and they did their job.

He also passed the follow-up test and his testerone levels were off-the-charts high on the failed test.

He claims to NOT have any STD's. Braun got off on a technicality. I believe he is guilty. Will be interesting to see his stats this season.

Never said that. Would you be ok if your employer required drug testing and the collector took your specimen home with him?

 

Either way, I subscribe to the theory of innocent until proven guilty. Braun's test was leaked when it shouldn't have been and he then won his appeal process because a VERY important part of the testing process wasn't followed at all. He's innocent in my book and should be in everyone else's.
