February 23, 201214 yr The technicality is that the test collector didn't follow protocol. He/she thought that Fedex was closed so he/she took the sample home with them and stored it. Did this collector also work the OJ case?

He had a right to an appeal and did so. He won the appeal. I don't care how or why he won...the bottom line is that he won and he'll be able to play. It's the way the system works and, as far as I'm concerned, it worked. I cannot muster any faux outrage over this. :thumb: I'm disappointed because I'm a Reds fan and was hoping that Braun would be out for 50 games. Other than that, I've got nothin...
