When you are eating Asian dishes do you use chop sticks or are you one of those heathens who asks for a fork? :D

I use a fork.....BUT in my defense I've tried several (probably like 50 times) to get the hang of chopsticks am a disaster with them. I've come to the conclusion that I'm not coordinated enough to use them. :idunno:

When I was really young (around 8 or so) there was a Japanese foreign exchange student who lived next door. She hung out over at my house all the time, Mom taught her how to drive, took her to Louisville to shop, and she babysat my brother and I. I've known how to use them ever since then. They just make sense to me and are much easier to use than Western utensils for certain dishes.

I use them every time I eat an Asian/Thai/Vietnamese/Korean dish. It doesn't feel right if I have a fork. I only stop using them when there are only a couple noodles or pieces of rice left....i get frustrated because it's hard to grab those last few.

I like the brutality of the good ole fork too much.

I used to try them but got frustrated and ended up stabbing a piece of chicken or something, but I'm not Asian, so fork it is.

If you eat banana's like a monkey do you also sling poo? After all, it's what they do.

I use sticks at home sometimes too. Love Chop Sticks..

Ditto I gave up a long time ago!

I'd stick with these if I could.

Little LC uses them frequently and not very well. Maybe we should let him try the chop sticks.

No but I can play it on a piano though .
