Holmes 77 Ryle 47

Final from Holmes as reported from the scene to me. Holmes led 53-16 at half and coasted from there.

Wow... Talk about a statement. Sounds like the Dogs were clicking on all cylinders tonight. Wasn't there due to covering NCC Highlands but I'm going to assume Rice had a big game.

Wasn't there either. Someone sent me a text from the game. I hope it's accurate.

When Holmes plays to their potential they are scary good.

Best half of basketball by Holmes this year, 3 monster dunks by Rice, one was a steal by Bolden who threw it off the glass for a Rice dunk, Rice had 18 at the half and finished with 26, Holmes defense was outstanding tonight.

Nice job Panda

Thanks but I think Bolden and Rice get a bit of the credit.

Ryle is in a funk. This will not change until a long overdue coaching change is made. His coaching performance this year has been an embarrassment for all involved.

Nice job Panda...Rice with 27 and 26 in back to back games...good sign for Dogs fans. If he plays aggressive nobody in this region can defend him.

Ok Walter, not picking on you or anything, but "scary good"? What good team have the dawgs beaten where they were scary good? Just curious.

Holy Cross comes to mind. They did what they wanted in that game.

They put it on a "decent, not great, but not bad" Newport team...and I'd put Ryle in the same category as Newport. (Decent, not great, but not bad)

Point is, when they actually play as a team and share the ball they are very tough to beat, regardless of the competition. Dixie game is right around the corner. All of NKY will get a better feel for just how good...or "decent"....this Holmes team is.

Ryle is 4-10. In my book that is "bad".
