Just wondering who you guys and gals think will head to the NBA after this season?

I would say. Davis, Jones, Kidd-Gilcrest. Teague has hurt his value and Jones wouldn't be a lock either. Lamb is a big question to me. He has been struggling.

I think Lamb wants to and will. I don't think he should. I think Davis and Gilchrist kind of have to, Jones needs another year but will probably go.

 

If Teague goes I think he's making a bad decision. People are really hard on him around BBN, but I think he can become a really good PG with another year or two in college.

I wouldn't be surprised to see: Davis, Kidd-Gilchrist, Teague, Jones, Lamb all go early.

I agree. Bradly and Crawford were much better prepared than Lamb is at this time, and we know where they are playing these days.

Not sure I can agree with that. Lamb is a far better shooter/scorer than any of those two, has much better size than Bradley and is in much better shape than Crawford. No way Joe could play PG in pro's and Bradley is not an NBA level PG, Lamb could eventually see time at either guard position in the NBA and become a Louis Williams type player.

Lamb is 6'4'', which is pretty good size for a PG but too small for a prominent SG role, IMO. I see him having some serious trouble handling the ball in a PG spot/getting space with his current skill set to shoot. I just don't think he's at the stage in his career where he'd be an impact player in the NBA.

Obviously not a major impact player but could def be a solid contributor. If Jodie Meeks can make it in the league and even start by his 3rd season, Doron Lamb is going to have a long successful career in the league as well.

Davis, MKG, and Jones will go. Lamb will because IMO he doesn't like the college game, and Teague is doubtful unless he Wally turns it on similar to what Knight did towards the end of last year.

Still not sure I agree, Crawford maybe but Bradley still isn't as good of scorer as Lamb is right now. Bradley will likely never leave the Israeli league and Lamb will at least get to sniff the NBA and should be a long time NBA player by the time its all said and done. Crawford was a good scorer but it will hard for him to get back into the league, made a few summer rosters but thats been about the extent of his time in the NBA. You guys equate numbers too much as a indication of talent evaluation. Lamb is surrounded by far more talent than either of those two were, even with Rondo and Morris, he doesn't look as impressive because he isn't called on to do as much. All Lamb really does is look for the three, his scoring is much more diverse than that and he has shown it. Has a good runner/floater, good mid range, good perimeter shot, he can definitely find a way to be efficient in the NBA, like I alluded to in an earlier post I could see him being a Louis Williams type player.

He's not the scorer that Williams is IMO. Lamb is going to have a tough time in the league no matter when he leaves unless he just goes to the perfect roster.
