Hue Jackson Fired

Raiders need someone who they can commit to for a while. 6 coaches in 10 years is just ridiculous.

What a surprise..... joking.

7 coaches in 8 years is what I heard.

Since Gruden left in 2001, they have had 6 coaches. Tom Cable was the longest tenured in that span with 44 games.

The Raiders committed the most penalties in a season (163) in NFL history, perhaps a factor to head coach Hue Jackson's dismissal.

This is nothing new. Raiders have always been one of the most penalized teams in NFL.

I'll be shocked if Mikey Boy ever gets rid of his brown-nosing yes man.

I think he may for Jay Gruden. From what I have heard he really like Gruden, and since Mike Brown does like to promote coaches from within if he does fire a coach. Gruden probably would be the guy they turn too, especially to keep things the same for Dalton.

I will be suprised if the Bengals extend his contract. So unless he wins a playoff game next year, I think they would then let him leave. Then if Gruden is still here, he probably would be the one who takes over.

That is one of the funniest lines I have ever read on here. They would let him leave. They should fire him-tonight would be a good time.

You as well as me know that is not going to happen. Marvin's contract is up after this coming season, so yes it would be just letting him leave if they don't do another contract. He is not going to fire him, but if the Bengals struggle they probably won't sign him back IMO and would have Gruden as head coach.

Still no stability for the Raiders

I thought that seemed high.

Those two words don't belong in the same sentence...

Your exactly right.

If they would keep a coach for more than 1-2 years they might be okay.
