GRC advances in the AIT to take on Warren Central tomorrow. Stats in a few.

Wow, PC lays another egg with an opportunity to send a massage about how good they are. I would hope that the coaches at PC would go back to the drawing board after two bad losses and possibly reconfigure the offense a bit. They need scoring in the worse way. They have a good team, but they are not scoring well at all.

This is what GRC does is win with their defense. Vancleeve did a great job on Monroe. Adam Fatkin was awsome, PC had no answer for inside. He had 23 points and 9 boards.

They shot 32% from the field for the night....credit GRC defense for that. GRC is not the most talented team ofensively, but they really play defense. It gets better each game and why we are 10-2.

Totally agree, this is a shock to me. I would not have been surprised had PC won, but I am surprised by this margin of victory for GRC. Though I tip my hat to the Cards!

Have not seen Pendleton Co, but did get to see GRC at Mercer tourney. I was impressed with their defense.

Just got in from this game. Big Win for the Cards. Thier defense seems to be getting better with each game. Monroe from PC was just awesome, but GRC's defense limited the rest of the team. Probably best defensive effort I have seen all season.

 

Another tough game tomorrow night for the Cards! Keep up the great work!

I wouldn't even say they peaked before the fade:idunno::idunno: there is alot of talent there:idunno:

If I remember right, PC got off to a pretty slow start last season too but put it together at the end of the year capped by an appearance in the 10th region finals. Lots of ball left to play this year.

GRC is proving they are a major player again. Fatkin is coming into his own and GRC will continue to improve as they get more game experience with these guys.

That being said I am surprised by the margin of victory.
