NFL - Two Weeks To Go

How?

Not technically. The Bengals, regardless of if they win out, have to have the Jets lose somewhere. They won't lose to the Dolphins, so the Giants are their only hope.

Since Matt Moore has been the QB, the Dolphins are 5-3. They should have beat the Jets in NY early this season. I think @Miami is a much tougher game for them then against the bi-polar Giants.

The Jets always find a way to turn it on this time of the year. Yesterday kind of disproved that, but we see what they do when it comes down to it in the playoffs year after year. I just think if week 17 comes around and they control their own destiny, they'll be ready.

That depends on what Giants show up.

I'll be rooting for the Jets to collapse this year. I have a sick feeling that the Giants will beat NYJ only to come out flat with the division on the line vs. Dallas. It wouldn't surprise me at all. That's how the Giants do it under Coughlin (aside from 2007).

If the Giants team that played @ New England, @ Philly, @ Dallas, or vs. Green Bay shows up, the Giants will beat the Jets.

If the Giants team that played vs. Seattle, vs. Philly, @ Washington, vs. Washington, etc shows up, the Giants will lose.

Technically the Giants/Jets game is a road game for the Giants. And the Giants play better in big games on the road. Not sure why. Like I've already said though, I won't be surprised either way.

I'm a big GMen fan next week.

Don't get your hopes up.

I'd love nothing more than to see the Jets at home for the playoffs. Rex sucking on his wife's toes watching everyone else play January football.

Green Bay's loss didn't have anything to do with Greg Jennings, IMO. Yes, the offense was out of sync yesterday but they had some bad drops yesterday. Driver, Finley and Jones all had some inexcusable drops. Did Jordy catch a pass at all yesterday. He had 2 or 3 offensive PIs(2 were weak calls). Add in the fact that Rodgers seemed off all day(for his standards) and the fact that KC kept the ball for long stretches of time and there you have it. GB loses. I think they still lose with Jenning stud way they played yesterday.

Time for my boys to kick it up a notch (or 10 after this week...) and get that final playoff spot. Then, just do what they do best. Win on the road in the playoffs.

Philly lost to the giants in game 1 because the giants beat them. If injuries mattered I could list almost an entire roster of injuries the giants have. Philly didn't lose bc Vick got hurt. The giants are a team that can beat almost any team in the league. They're also a team who can lose to almost any team in the league.

And I'm tired of Philly. I the giants win this week and end their playoff hopes.

The NFC East teams aren't that much different...all have suffered significant injuries, all have serious flaws, and all are bi-polar, meaning they could be great or they could stink on any given week.

Can't end soon enough, as far as I am concerned. One more week = one more loss for the Putrid Pirates.

How much longer will Raheem Morris AND Josh Freeman be given? I wouldn't be sad to see both gone and starting all over.

I miss you Jon Gruden........

Freeman will definitely be back...He was outstanding last year. Morris has completely lost control, he should be canned.
